Electronic Service Tool (EST)

The Electronic Service Tool (EST) is designed for dealership technicians to connect to machines equipped with a Controller Area Network (CAN BUS) as part of their electronic system architecture.

Using EST, technicians can:

  • Check parameter status

  • Retrieve and analyze fault codes

  • Run diagnostic tests

  • Perform ECU and parameter programming

  • Monitor active and stored diagnostics

  • View and modify ECU configurations

  • Access diagnostic procedures and wiring schematics

E.A.S.y Engine Diagnostic Tool

E.A.S.y is an additional engine diagnostic and download tool that connects directly to the ECU via the K-Line protocol. It enables advanced diagnostic functions, ECU programming, and ECU reloading.


CNH Engine Download Tool

Operating within the EST environment, the CNH Engine Download Tool supports the following engine download operations:

  • ECU programming and software updates

  • Initialization and programming of blank ECUs

  • ECU reassignment for blank and existing ECUs

  • ECU download crash recovery

  • Approval Password Generator
    Used for blank ECU programming, ECU reassignment, download crash recovery, speed limit adjustments, and engine download requests.

  • Firmware File Encryptor / Decryptor
    Converts firmware files between .eac and .a2l formats.
