PC Service Tool
PC Service Tool is a Windows-based service application designed to communicate with a truck’s internal control systems. It enables monitoring of subsystem status and condition, allowing users to track component operation, detect abnormal events, and support diagnosis and troubleshooting.
The tool connects to the truck’s internal communication network via various CAN adapters and is compatible with Hyster® ICE and Electric Rider trucks, as well as the latest Electric Warehouse models.
